A record of every change
Creating, editing, sharing and deleting contracts, clients and team members is written to an audit log. Admins can review who did what, and when, from the settings area.
Access that matches the role
Admins manage the workspace, members work with contracts, and client contacts only see the specific contracts they were added to, in read-only form.
Dates you won't miss
Expiration dates are tracked for every contract. Contracts approaching their end date are flagged as expiring soon and show up in alerts, so renewals and notice periods get handled on time.
Nothing disappears by accident
Deleted contracts are kept out of view rather than erased straight away, so a mistaken delete can be traced in the audit log.
